Went for MJC trials this morning. Stupid thigh muscles of mine started cramping up the moment i started sprinting. Shouldn't have went running on Monday. Sigh.
For the 1km run, I got a timing of 3 mins 58 secs.. Sanjay got 3 mins 26 secs.. Ernest got something like 3 mins 30+ secs.. I was like lagging 60m. I was starting to run faster when the coach told me to relax. So I slowed down a lil.. I should have got a better timing.. Mmhm.
Was so shagged after that. Had to rush home to bathe and then head out to work. I almost died in work la. Yup.
Going to sleep now. Headache..
